Imposter Syndrome — do I have it?

What is imposter syndrome? Do I have imposter syndrome? Am I good enough? Do I deserve this?

This is a biggy, and ever since Adele admitted to having imposter syndrome we all kind of feel it.

In this video we will discuss:

  • . What it is?
  • *. Why do feel this way?
  • *. Is it a valid feeling?
  • *. How to get over it?

Somehow we always think that we are not worthy of success, or not qualified enough or that someone will come along and take away our crown.

The truth is, we all kind of feel this way at some point. It’s tough, we seem to focus on those that are doing better than us, bigger than us, stronger than us and assume they have it all worked out, they don’t.

We all have our insecurities, we all have our self doubt and at times we do need validation to carry on.

Stop being so hard on yourself, you are only human. Believe in yourself. Believe in your capabilities and talent. You do have a super power — use it.

Having meaningful conversations matter, having meaningful relationships matter. Surround yourself with people whose eyes light up when they see you. Upgrade your circle, upgrade your conversations. Be inspired by others. Open your eyes and watch, listen more — you will learn amazing things.

Keep moving forward, know your worth, know your value, know you are capable of doing anything that you put your mind too.

We formed a friendship from having great conversations and decided to share them with the world. We hope you find them valuable and that they inspire more conversations. With each video and conversation we have we learn more. Keep listening, keep learning and keep sharing.

Having a positive mindset takes work.
